Spindle Collet Chuck Introduction
JHM-42E Spindle Collet Chuck is a combination of a precision spindle, a hydraulic actuator, and double collets system. The JHM-42E is specially designed for long work-parts bi-ends machining in simultaneous. The basic chucking length of JHM-42E is 150mm, and the chucking length can be extended to 300mm by adding extend sleeves on both sides of JHM-42E, and it largely increasing the flexibility of your system. The JHM-42E adopts Hainbuch style 42BZI clampping heads, the chucking accuracy is within 0.020mm. And the clamping heads can be changed easily in only 30 seconds.
