JAP200 Air Collet Chuck is suitable for application on CNC lathes, turning centers and machine centers with rotary tables.	The Collet Type Rotary Power Chuck has built-in rotary cylinder. It features the simpliest way to convert a manual lathe to an automatic one. Front-mounting onto your machine without a draw bar and an extra actuator.	The Jaw Type Rotary Power Chuck has built-in rotary cylinder. It features the simpliest way to convert your conventional lathes to automatic ones. Front-mounting onto the spindle. 8 models are available for Jaw Type Rotary Power Chuck.	The JAP200-BZI Air Collet Chuck has built-in air cylinder. Easy for users to build up a power collet chuck system without an additional actuator. JAP200-BZI adopts Hainbuch style BZI pull back clamping heads. 2 models are available now: JAP207-42BZI and JAP210-80BZI.

JATO offers a complete selection of dead-length collet chuck in plain back or in A-2 flange. Besides O.D. chucking, CPC-44 Collet Chuck can also be converted into an I.D. expanding chuck by installing a push nut and an expanding mandrel.	CPD Dead Length Collet Chuck adopts 5C (max. capacity 26mm) or 16C (max. capacity 40mm) collet. The CPD collet chuck has models for direct mounting onto A2 spindle nose or for flat back spindle nose.	CPB Pull Back Collet Chuck adopts 5C (max. capacity 26mm) or 16C (max. capacity 40mm) collet. The CPB collet chuck has models for direct mounting onto A2 spindle nose.	The CPD-C50 Power Collet Chuck works with JATO harden jaw pad. Suitable for CNC lathe for heavy duty machining operations.


Precision Collet Chuck - 0.010mm Accuracy
JPC Precision Collet Chuck works with Hainbuch style clamping heads, high accuracy is within 0.010mm. The JPC collet chuck is compatible with Hainbuch SPANNTOP collet chuck in chucking accuracy and stability.

JAP100 Air Diaphragm Chuck is a precision diaphragm power chuck with built-in air cylinder. JAP100 provides 0.005mm repeatability. Suitable for chucking of precision parts or thin-wall parts such as parts of digital camera, hard disk, and DVD motors.	High precision Diaphragm Power Chuck with 0.005mm repeatability. JP Chuck works with CNC Lathe or Turning Centers. JPL Chuck works with high precision grinders. Both of them are suitable for fragile parts chucking.

JHM-42E Spindle Collet Chuck is a combination of a precision spindle, a hydraulic actuator, and a double collet chuck system. The JHM-42E Spindle Chuck adopts 2 pieces 42BZI type precision collets, and the chucking accuracy is within 0.020mm. Chucking length is from 150mm to 300mm.	JAM-42D Spindle Collet Chuck is a combination of a precision spindle, a pneumatic actuator, and a double collet chuck system. The JAM-42D's standard chucking length is 110mm. The chucking length can be extended to 185mm by installing a extend sleeve. The chucking accuracy is within 0.030mm.	JAM-25B Spindle Collet Chuck is specially designed to provide users with the best solution to design/ build their special purpose machines. JAM & JHM is mostly used to chuck double-ended work parts like hubs of bicycle wheels or piston rods of automobiles.	JAM-72C/JHM-65C/JAM-42C adopts JATO's latest angular-thrust bearing technology. No air leakage, no oil leakage. No risk of bearing freezing. JAM-72C Max. capacity: 70mm. JHM-65C Max. capacity: 65mm. *JAM-42C Max. capacity: 42mm.


Spindle Collet Chuck - 16C Spring Collet
The JAK-40 Spindle Collet Chuck adopts 16C collet. The JAK-40 is actuated by compressed air, the max. RPM is up to 2800.
